Our Single File Air Conveyors are precision designed and manufactured to ensure that cans sustain desired speeds. We offer base coater and decorator infeeds, pinstripper discharge, necker infeed and discharge, and necker bypass. The equipment’s modular assemblies enable greater flexibility, shorter delivery and quicker installation. It also reduces can spoilage and simplifies product changeover. Adjust air flow and reconfigure layouts using the removable plenum blanking plates. Reject crushed cans automatically by adding an optional crushed can rejector at the necker/flanger discharge.
