Conveyor Air Rinser
Air Rinsers gently grip, invert and rinse containers using air or ionized air at high speeds. Add a water rinse manifold (water drain length and air ionizer isolation required) to create a combination air and water rinsing system. Ionized air-jet rinsing eliminates dust and other non-attached particles without a single drop of water. The ionized air cleaner is extremely effective in lowering static created by container friction and control separation. An integrated infeed drive and discharge conveyor with a jam-detection spill table. Easily adjustable to fit various product sizes.
